The version of this paper as published in PVLDB contained the following
errors:

* On Page 8, under "Requirement and Cost Analysis," right after
  Equation (5), the second and third required inequality involved
  $b$, which is not well-defined for the general case where radices
  may be mixed and $B$ and $M$ may no longer be perfect powers.  In
  the revised version that we post here online, we have corrected
  these inequalities so they are now general.

* In the second paragraph of Section 5 (Experiments):
  "we will only report results for X25-E here" should be
  "we will only report results for 320-S here".
  (In fact, the technical report version that we have made available
  reports results for both 320-S and X25-E.)

* In the fourth paragraph of Section 5 (Experiments):
  "we vary the dataset size by scaling order-week and part-key" should be
  "we vary the dataset size by scaling part-key and supplier-state".

We apologize for these errors.  They do not affect any analysis or
conclusion in the paper, however.  These errors have been corrected
in both the revised version and the technical report version of the
paper that we post here online.
